Eric Shen has over 27 years of experience in the test and measurement industry, specializing in high-speed technologies such as PCIe, USB, SATA, SAS, DP, and 100G/400G/800G High-Speed Ethernet transmitter and receiver testing.
Eric is the co-founder and CEO of iPasslabs, a company providing simulation and signal validation services for high-speed applications. Additionally, Eric is an active member and contributor to the PCI-SIG.

Lawrence Leng is the Lead Technology Advisor from Anritsu Pte Ltd, Singapore. He has more than 30 years of experience in the telecom industry.
Prior to his career with Anritsu, Lawrence was in involved in radio frequency research & development work with MINDEF in Singapore.
Since joining Anritsu more than 25 years ago, Lawrence has been part of the Field Marketing team that provide technical advice and support to customers and channel partners in the South Asia region with special focus on 5G mobile fronthaul, transport technology such as 800G/400G Ethernet, eCPRI, OTN, etc.
