TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

• All promotional sales are subject to the Tektronix Terms & Conditions of Sales, unless there is a written contract signed by Tektronix and the customer or partner which applies.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:

• This is proposed as a World-wide trade-in program. Regions can choose to implement the promo based on the IsoVu sales numbers.
• Applies to end customers and Authorized Tektronix Partners (Distributors, Rental, Resellers, System Integrators).
• Promo applies to purchase of new TIVP probes only. Tektronix Encore units are excluded.
• Qualifying probe to be traded in must be in a working condition.
• Leverage the RMA process to trade-in old TIVH/TIVM probes.
• Only 1x TIVH/TIVM probe can be traded in for a TIVP probe (one to one).
• Promo applies to purchase of new instruments only. Tektronix Encore or Used units are excluded.
• Customer Purchase orders must be received between the start and end dates indicated on this MSR.

EXCLUSIONS:

• The new IsoVu TICP isolated current probes are not included in this trade-in program.

COMBINABILITY:

• This promotion can be applied on top of the existing purchase agreement discounts.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other TIVP probe related sales promotions.
